Mark Wickham

Mark Wickham is the current President and CEO of Youth and Family Alternatives Inc. Mark has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector, with a focus on community-based organizations. Prior to their current position, they served as the CEO of Catholic Family Center for 21 months, where they led a successful turnaround of the organization. Under their leadership, the organization improved its revenues by $800,000 year over year. Mark also oversaw the completion of a three-month redesign of all billing functions, which improved A/R by over 45 days. In addition, they developed and implemented a new marketing campaign, "Your Heart will Understand", which significantly improved fund raising by over 20%. Mark is a regular public speaker and has authored articles for local papers on a variety of topics.

Mark Wickham's educational career includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology/Special ED from Marist College, a Master of Business Administration in Accounting/Health Admin from The College of Saint Rose, and a Certificate in Alcohol Studies from Rutgers University.
