Carmen Bellavia has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. In 2000, they co-founded Intellilink Solutions and served as the EVP Business Solutions, CIO/CTO. From 2003 to 2005, they worked as a Product Manager for a leading professional services firm, focusing on Talent Management Systems. In 2006, they worked as a Business Process Consultant for Moody's Investors Service. From 2007 to 2009, they served as a Global Project Manager for a leading professional services company, specializing in Learning Management Systems and E-Learning. In 2012, they were a Project Lead/Manager for ?What If! Innovation, working on a web and mobile SaaS platform. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Global Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Scrum Master for a global consulting firm. In 2018, they joined Super Soccer Stars as the Chief Digital Officer and later became the Chief Operating Officer. Finally, in 2021, they joined Youth Athletes United as the COO/CTO.

Carmen Bellavia attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical Engineering.
