Bat-Orshikh Erdenebat

Youth Business Mongolia Programme Manager at Youth Business International

Bat-Orshikh Erdenebat has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries and positions. Bat-Orshikh started their career in 2007 as an Area Business Advisor at CHF International, Mongolia. Bat-Orshikh then joined Development Solutions in 2008, first as a Sukhbaatar BDC Manager and later as a Marketing Manager. In 2011, they became the Executive Director of Development Solutions and held that position until 2019 when they were promoted to Chief Advisor.

In 2013, Bat-Orshikh Erdenebat joined Youth Business International (YBI) as the Youth Business Mongolia Programme Manager. In 2016, they took on the role of Chief of Party at USAID's REACH Project, where they facilitated local SMEs in meeting bank loan requirements. Simultaneously, they worked at IPE Global Limited as an SME Advisor for urban planning and subcenter development in Ulaanbaatar.

Most recently, they joined Groupe Huit in 2018 as a Private Sector Specialist. Throughout their career, Bat-Orshikh Erdenebat has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in various roles within the development and business sectors.

Bat-Orshikh Erdenebat earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Dokuz Eylul University between 1998 and 2003. Bat-Orshikh then pursued their Master's degree in International Relations at Istanbul University from 2003 to 2006. Following this, Bat-Orshikh became a PhD candidate in International Economic Relations at the National University of Mongolia in 2011.
