Jo Gray

Director Of Membership Services and Engagement at Youth Business International

Jo Gray has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. From 2019 onwards, Jo has been working as the Director of Membership Services and Engagement at Youth Business International (YBI). Prior to that, Jo held the position of Interim Director of Programme Delivery at YBI from 2018. Before joining YBI, Jo was the Head of Mentoring at the organization.

From 2015 to 2016, Jo worked as a Conversation Developer at The Conversation Space, where they helped shape the future of the company and focused on embedding coaching and mentoring skills into organizational conversations.

In 2014, Jo held multiple roles at different organizations. They were a Managing Consultant at The Professional Mentor Academy, where they developed education solutions and provided individual guidance and supervision to enable coaches and mentors to transition into professional mentoring roles. Jo also worked as a Consultant at Coach Mentoring Ltd and as a Senior Partner at Women Ahead (International).

From 2012 to 2014, Jo was a Principal Consultant at GP Strategies Ltd, where they led and delivered mentoring programs for clients.

Between 2007 and 2014, Jo had various roles at Clutterbuck Associates, including Consultant and Programme Manager. They supported clients in designing, delivering, and evaluating mentoring programs, and emphasized the importance of maintaining momentum and embedding sustainability in these programs.

Earlier in their career, Jo worked as an Officer Manager at Probe Resources from 2005 to 2007, and as an Operations Manager at Wool Classics from 2000 to 2004.

Jo Gray completed a BA Hons degree in Literary Studies with Translated Literature at the University of Portsmouth. Following that, from 2010 to 2011, Jo pursued a Postgraduate Qualification in Mentoring Programme Design and Evaluation at Sheffield Hallam University.
