Donna Martinez

Donna Martinez has been working in Human Resources for over 10 years. Donna started their career as an Operations and Grants Manager for After-School All-Stars, a non-profit organization that provides free after-school programs to students in need. Donna then moved on to become the Learning and Development Manager for Youth Policy Institute, another non-profit focused on breaking the cycle of intergenerational poverty. In their current role as VP of Human Resources at YOUTH DEVELOPMENT INC, they oversee all aspects of the HR department. Donna is passionate about their work and is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of young people.

Donna Martinez holds a Master of Arts in Education from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from California State University, Northridge.
