Rylie Sweeney

Rylie Sweeney is currently a Management Trainee and Apprentice Site Manager at Willmott Dixon since September 2022. In December 2023, Rylie began serving as a Youth Advisor for the Children's Commissioner for England, focusing on ensuring that the voices of young people are heard by politicians. Rylie is also the Chair of the Youth Advisory Group at The Careers & Enterprise Company, influencing the integration of youth perspectives within the organization. As a Youth Ambassador for both Youth Employment UK and the Edge Foundation, Rylie works towards addressing youth employment barriers and empowering young individuals in education. Additionally, Rylie represents the North East Hub Committee as a Tomorrow's Leaders Representative at the Chartered Institute of Building and contributes to the National Association of Women in Construction as a Committee Member. Academic pursuits include studying for a National Diploma Level 3 in Construction and the Built Environment at New College Durham while maintaining part-time status.
