Mary Connor is the Chief Human Resources Officer at Youth Enrichment Brands, where the focus is on helping kids discover and develop lifelong passions through various educational programs. Before their current role, Mary held similar positions at School of Rock and CVS Health, where Mary played a key role in supporting multiple functions within the organizations. With a strong background in HR management and a Master's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, Mary has extensive experience in talent acquisition, diversity strategy, and employee retention. Prior to that, Mary served as the HR Manager at Cox Communications and as a General Manager at Gap, Inc. Mary holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology & Management from Rhode Island College.
