Heiko Plange-Korndoerfer Cfre

Heiko Plange-Korndoerfer CFRE, FFIA, FAIM is an accomplished fundraising and development professional with extensive experience across various nonprofit organizations in Australia. Currently serving as Chief Development Officer at Youth Focus since December 2022, Heiko has previously held key positions including Director of Fundraising and Commercial Development at Perth Zoo, Head of Fundraising at Perth Children's Hospital Foundation, and Senior Philanthropy Advisor at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research. Additional roles include leadership positions at the Western Australian Museum Foundation, St John of God Health Care, Brightwater Care Group Inc., and Integrated Managed Services Pty Ltd, as well as serving as CEO at Fundraising Management Consultants Pty Ltd.
