William Go

William Go currently serves as the Chief Development Officer at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., a position held since June 2025. Prior to this role, William held key leadership positions at A2 Biotherapeutics, Inc. as Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President, Head of Development from January 2019 to June 2025. William also had an impactful tenure at Kite Pharma, Inc. as Vice President of Clinical Development and Senior Medical Director, focusing on CD19 CAR T Cell clinical development in B cell malignancies from May 2014 to January 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as the US Medical Lead for Global Development in Hematology/Oncology at Amgen and completing a Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at UC San Diego Health System. Educational qualifications include an MD/PhD in Medicine and Immunology from UC San Diego School of Medicine and a BA in Biology from Carleton College.
