Beth Parsons

CEO at Youth for Change

Beth Parsons is the current CEO at Youth for Change. Prior to that, they spent 20 years at SECO - A Trimble Company, where they were the Director of Operations. Beth was responsible for production, planning, warehouse, order fulfillment, and IT for the organization. Beth also worked with the Transformation Team to improve facilities using Lean Six Sigma principles. Beth completed 5S projects in Mound City, IL (45,000 sq ft.) and Redding, CA (70,000 sq ft.) in one year, Green belt and Black belt projects and many Kaizen events. Beth also implemented and managed ERP system, to take advantage of tools using Lean principles to assist with scheduling and planning. As a result of their efforts, inventory reductions were achieved at 2 different times of over 10%. In addition to their work in operations, Beth also created and delivered training for manufacturing floor and office staff for many different subjects including ERP, Salesforce, Excel, Google, lean principles, and other topics. Beth also wrote and completed Employment Training Panel (ETP) contracts to assist with cost of training for business. Beth was the on-site lead for Salesforce implementation to manage the order fulfillment process.

Beth Parsons has a Masters in Business Administration from California State University, Chico and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Southern Oregon University.
