Youth For Understanding USA (YFU)
Justin Schooley, Ed.D. is an experienced educational administrator serving as the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources for Berkeley County Schools in West Virginia since August 2001. In this role, Justin oversees the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Department, managing a team and conducting various employee relations activities. Justin has played a key role in the design and implementation of an online applicant tracking system utilized by multiple school districts in West Virginia and contributes to the development of policies and professional development trainings. Additionally, Justin has held leadership positions within the American Association of School Personnel Administrators and is actively involved as a Local Coordinator and Area Representative for Youth For Understanding USA. Academic credentials include a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Shenandoah University, a Master's in Industrial Relations from West Virginia University, and a Bachelor's in Secondary Education from Alderson Broaddus University.
