Jeethu S. has a diverse range of work experience in various organizations. Starting in 2009, they worked as an Office Assistant at Better Existence with HIV. In 2009, Jeethu S. also worked as a Social Work Intern at The Douglas Center. In 2010, they became a Volunteer Services Intern at Children's Home + Aid. From 2005 to 2012, Jeethu S. worked at the Skokie Park District in multiple roles including Exploritorium Leader, Birthday Party Leader, Camp Counselor, and Kids First Attendant. In 2012, they became the Executive Director of Glencoe Youth Services. In 2008, Jeethu S. started working as a Youth Worker/Supervisor at the Warming House Youth Center and continued until 2013. They then transitioned to being a Site Based Program Coordinator at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metropolitan Chicago from 2013 to 2014. Finally, in 2014, Jeethu S. joined Youth Guidance as a Community Resource Coordinator, then became a Program Manager in 2018, and currently holds the role of Program Director of Community & After School Programs.

Jeethu S. earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. They later pursued a Master's degree in Social Work from the same institution, studying from 2010 to 2011. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jeethu S. has obtained a certification as a Licensed Social Worker from the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
