Wendy Fine

Director, BAM Research And Evaluation at Youth Guidance

Wendy Fine has a diverse work experience in the non-profit sector. Wendy started their career in 1993 as a Volunteer Coordinator at Chicago Youth Centers, where they worked for five years. In 2000, Wendy joined Youth Guidance as a Quality Improvement Manager and later became Director of Research, Evaluation & Technology in 2002. Since December 2016, they have held the role of Director of BAM Research and Evaluation at Youth Guidance. Overall, Wendy has gained extensive expertise in program evaluation, research, and management throughout their career.

Wendy Fine completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Basis of Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania, from 1982 to 1986. Wendy later pursued further education at the University of Chicago, where they obtained their Master of Arts degree in Social Service Administration from 1998 to 2000.
