The Leadership Team at Youth Opportunities Unlimited (YOU) is responsible for setting the strategic direction and vision of the organization. Comprised of the President, President & CEO, and Vice President, this team works collaboratively to develop initiatives that enhance youth engagement, drive program effectiveness, and ensure sustainable growth, all while fostering a supportive environment for staff and the community. Their leadership aims to empower young people in London and Middlesex County by creating impactful opportunities and resources that enable them to thrive.
