Jeff Helm

Jeff Helm has a variety of experience in the education and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Youth Opportunity Center, Jeff also holds roles as the Chief Information Officer and Director of IT and Facilities. At Ball State University and Ivy Tech Community College, Jeff has taught courses in Information Systems Operations Management and various computer-related subjects. Jeff also has experience as an Instructor and Computer Information Systems Program Chair. Jeff holds a Master of Science in Information and Communication Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Criminology from Ball State University.
