Youth Projects
Srinath Susarla is an experienced independent consultant at Stryde Advisory since April 2022 and serves as a non-executive director at Youth Projects Ltd since July 2019. Prior roles include transformation program manager at the Victorian Department of Health from July 2021 to April 2022 and managerial positions at KPMG Australia from March 2018 to July 2021. Srinath has also worked at the Department of Justice & Regulation in Victoria from October 2013 to October 2019 in various roles, including program coordinator and recruitment projects officer. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Melbourne Business School (2017-2022) and a Bachelor of Science in Physiology from Monash University (2009-2012). Additionally, Srinath attended Haileybury College.

We are an independent, registered charity that provides front line support to young people and individuals experiencing disadvantage, unemployment, homelessness, alcohol and other drug issues and people looking to re-engage with learning and employment. We recognise the complex needs of our clients and go above and beyond, 365 days a year, to provide pathways out of poverty. Daring to go where others don't. Youth Projects is changing and saving lives through unique pathways into employment and training, health and lifeskills, harm prevention and outreach and social enterprise programs through a holistic, connected model of care. Comprised of a highly skilled multi-disciplinary team, we have the ability to provide a complete wrap around, non-judgmental service with a strong focus on respect, client centered care and harm prevention.
