Jillian Deslippe, CHRP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of People and Culture at the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa since May 2015. In this role, Jillian oversees the full cycle recruitment process, facilitates new hire orientations, adheres to union policies, and organizes training sessions for staff. Previous positions include HR Assistant and roles in a customer service capacity at various organizations, including The Royal Oak and McDonald's. Jillian's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University, a Management Certificate in Human Resources from Carleton University, and a Human Resources Management course from Ryerson University.
