Oussama Msafri

Oussama Msafri is a Bilingual Employment Counselor at the Youth Services Bureau of Ottawa since April 2025, following experience as a Mentorship Facilitator for the OCISO's FIN Program from January 2023 to March 2025. Previously, Oussama served as a Bilingual Staffing Coordinator at Stellar Personnel, managing staffing requests across three territories and ensuring compliance with company policies. Oussama has also held roles as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Accenture, optimizing ads for numerous clients, and as a Restaurant Floor Manager at Mile One Eating House. Oussama's background includes experience as a Personal Chef and Event Planner with Acepipes, a Bank Clerk at Attijariwafa bank, and a Sales Specialist with the Ministère de l’Equipement, du Transport, de la Logistique et de l’Eau. Oussama holds a Certificate in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from The Ontario Tourism Education Corporation and an Economics and Management degree from Université Abdelmalek Essaâdi, along with a Culinary degree from Senac Brasil.
