Nicole Pelengaris Patel

Nicole Pelengaris Patel is an accomplished professional in human resources with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at YouthForce NOLA since July 2020, Patel previously held the role of Chief People Officer at RNGD from August 2023 to July 2024 and at Lucid Holdings, Inc. from May 2014 until June 2022, following its acquisition by Cint Group AB. Patel's earlier roles include Head of Human Resources at Kingsley House, Senior Vice President and Vice President of Human Resources at Neuberger Berman—an independent company after a management buyout from Lehman Brothers—as well as positions at Lehman Brothers, Citi, and Baker Hughes.
