Dan Alferov

Dan Alferov serves as the Research & Innovation Manager at Youthful Cities, where responsibilities include leading a national employment and skills community research initiative that engages over 3,000 Canadian youth to assess pandemic impacts. Previously, Dan held various roles at Heartbeat Ai, culminating in the position of Head of Empathy Analytics, overseeing the development of a SaaS research platform. Dan's experience at the University of Toronto spans multiple positions, including Student Leadership Coordinator and Orientation Coordinator, focusing on student engagement and employability initiatives. Additional roles include Business Development Consultant at Cyberworks Robotics Inc. and Data Analyst at BMO Capital Markets. Dan Alferov holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Neuroscience and Economics from the University of Toronto.
