Youthprise
Erin Weber Martin, MBA, MSW, LISW, serves as the Director of Minnesota Afterschool Advance at Youthprise, focusing on enhancing access to out-of-school programs for low-income families. As a co-founder of Caregiver Collaborative, Erin supports fellow social workers in caregiving initiatives. With experience as a consultant, workshops on mental health and caregiving have been developed for youth and adults impacted by Multiple Sclerosis. Previous roles include Director of Engagement and Programming at WithAll, Program Manager at AchieveMpls, and various positions in social work and community outreach. Erin holds an MBA and a Master’s in Social Work from Augsburg University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of St. Thomas.
