Catherine Mosbeux has an extensive background in HR and change management, with experience in performance management, talent review, onboarding, and HR transformation. Catherine currently serves as the CEO a.i. of YouthStart Belgium and has held various leadership roles focused on fundraising, partnerships, and HR in companies such as SNCB, Colruyt Group, and Delta Lloyd Life. Catherine's educational background includes a Master's degree in Economics from HEC Liège and additional training in coaching and leadership.
