Job Description:  Lead Product Manager, Cores Services & Operations

As Lead Product Manager, Core Services & Operations you will work on both strategy and execution of the product vision for our products. This includes identifying product opportunities, developing a deep insight on external and internal customer needs, setting out a strategic roadmap for our organization to scale, and running and building out  our important product lines. We expect excellent execution skills and the ability to seamlessly coordinate multiple product teams to drive positive business outcomes.. 

You will:

  • Be part of our mission to develop innovative and industry-leading product strategies and roadmaps that uniquely serve our customers and differentiate us from the competition.

  • Take charge of our key product lines including remittance, FX, payment systems, and operations

  • Having strong product operations knowledge/experiences (fintech, payments) to support teams, able to lead multiple technical domain teams

  • Engage with product, engineering, business teams, alongside key stakeholders, to gather and prioritize product requirements and feedback.

  • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that communicates the vision, priorities, and progress of the product to internal stakeholders and customers.

  • Foster a collaborative environment and ensure clear communication within the team and with cross-functional teams.

  • Regularly engage with stakeholders, providing updates and insights on team progress and project outcomes.

  • Guiding and coaching an exceptional team of Product Managers in Singapore and other locations, mentoring them in technical and non-technical aspects, and leading them to build stable, scalable, and reliable features and services.

You have:

  • Significant experience in product management, preferably in a fintech/payments setting, with a proven track record of successful product development and management.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams with prior managerial experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for engaging with team members, stakeholders, and customers

  • Ability to think strategically and analytically to solve complex problems. This includes the ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and competitive landscape to make informed decisions.

  • Specific core payment knowledge in areas such as FX, card scheme, ledger system, and financial operation is desirable

  • A good understanding of the technology and financial products such as API design, financial transactions, and the technical challenges involved in the product development process can be beneficial, especially in the FinTech industry

  • Familiarity with agile and lean product development methodologies, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Ability to effectively manage various external partners and vendors, alongside with commercial discussions  to ensure our business needs are met

This senior role requires a blend of business acumen, people management, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills to manage a product that meets the needs of our rapidly growing customer base and team
