Aletta Hiemstra is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Executive Communications Manager at YouTube since July 2022, where responsibilities include managing the public presence of CEO Neal Mohan across various platforms and significant company events. Previously, Aletta held roles in internal communications and product research at Snap Inc. from August 2017 to July 2022, including launching innovative communication initiatives for a global workforce and contributing to product development.
