Prior roles include Global Director of Marketing Strategy & Operations at Zalando Marketing Services, where Dr. Balestra led over 200 experts in developing integrated marketing strategies, and Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, focusing on strategy and execution for leading consumer goods and retail companies.
