Ian Thompson

Ian Thompson has a range of work experience in various industries. Currently, they serve as the Head Writer and Script Editor for an independent animated web series on YouTube. Ian is also a Script Writer for a YouTube creator on a visual audio drama. In the past, Ian worked as a Script Coordinator for a stop motion video series, where they co-wrote three out of ten episodes and served as an additional voice actor. Ian also gained experience as a Production Lead at Giant Eagle, Inc., where they stocked grocery items and mentored new stock workers. Additionally, Ian worked as a Film Extra for Netflix, a TV Production Intern for Pittsburgh Community Television, and a TV Extra for Paramount+.

Ian Thompson attended Point Park University from 2017 to 2021, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Playwriting and Screenwriting. In 2023, they briefly enrolled in the New York Film Academy to further their studies in Playwriting and Screenwriting. Additionally, they obtained a certification in "Optimize Your Resume for Applicant Tracking Systems" from LinkedIn in 2022.
