Kailynn Clark

Kailynn Clark has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kailynn currently works as a Product Lead Manager at YouTube since June 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple positions at Salesforce, including Senior Manager of Product Management, Product Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Project Manager/Business Analyst from 2012 to 2022. Kailynn also worked at the University of New Brunswick as a Seasonal Recruitment Officer and Client Service Representative from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, Kailynn has experience as an Owner/Operator, District Manager, and Assistant to the General Manager at Student Works Painting, where they managed projects, implemented a marketing plan, and conducted interviews. Kailynn served as the National Youth Director at Kin Canada, where they assisted in the establishment and development of new clubs and created plans for retaining youth members. Kailynn also worked as a Student Intern at Green Village Home & Garden Centre, where they redesigned the company's training and development program.

Kailynn Clark completed their Bachelor of Business Administration with First Class Honours in Human Resources Management from the University of New Brunswick, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Women's Leadership Program from Yale School of Management, Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., and Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Social Specialist from Salesforce.
