Ruben Santa is a seasoned UX designer with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior UX Designer for YouTube since May 2020, Ruben previously held multiple roles at Google from June 2015 to May 2020, including UX Designer for Search Ads, Google.org, and Brand Studio. As a UX Design Fellow at IDEO, Ruben focused on product design and research during a seven-month engagement. Additionally, Ruben has contributed as a UX Design Consultant for the United Nations World Food Program, developing online tools to support hydroponic food systems, and co-founded Isabel Inc., addressing global food scarcity through agriculture technology. Early career roles include UX Designer positions at eBay Inc., Warner Bros. Entertainment, and Sony Pictures Entertainment, where Ruben specialized in interactive experiences and design systems. Ruben’s educational background includes studies at General Assembly, UCLA, and California State University, Fullerton.
