Tiffany Matloob

Tiffany Matloob is an experienced professional in the creator community and content strategy space, currently serving as the Global Head of Creator Community at YouTube since August 2021. Previously, Tiffany held roles as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California, teaching CMGT 542: Business Strategies of Communication Firms, and as Creator Community Lead at Instagram, where attention was focused on audience growth through Instagram's Reels. Additional experience includes serving as Creator and Content Acquisition Lead at Meta and Head of Creator Partnerships & Content Operations at TikTok, where Tiffany developed strategies for talent growth and executed numerous content-driven campaigns. Tiffany holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Southern California.
