Björn Knehans

Björn Knehans has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Björn began their career in 1986 as a First Lieutenant in the Communications Division of the Royal Dutch Army. After leaving the military in 1993, they worked as a Telesales Representative at TeleMedia BV from 1994 to 1995. In 1996, they joined De Telefoongids BV, where they held various management positions, including Teammanager of Customer Service Major Field Account and Helpdesk, and Teammanager of Information Control. In 2004, Björn transitioned to DTG, starting as an Advisor to the Commercial Director and later taking on roles as Manager of Customer Service, Teammanager of Customer Service Specials and Improvement, Online Marketer, and Support Manager en CS Ambassador. Most recently, since 2020, they have been working at Youvia as a Quality Assurance Quality Control Manager and then as a Teamlead in the Online Management Team.

Björn Knehans attended various educational institutions throughout their academic journey. Björn started their education at Bernardus Alfrink College in 1982, where they pursued Hoger algemeen voortgezet onderwijs (Havo). Following this, they enrolled at RSG Schagen in 1986 to complete their VWO. Later, they attended School Militaire Inlichtingendienst SMID in 1990. In 1992, they pursued MEAO-CE, and in 1994, they completed NIMA-A. Finally, in 2000, Björn attended IBO Business School Zeist to study Bedrijfskunde.
