Riccardo Balestiero

Riccardo Balestiero has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Riccardo is currently the Chief Executive Officer at YouView TV Limited since November 2022. Before that, they held positions at BT, starting as the Commercial Director for BT TV and Sport in July 2015 and later becoming the Director of Products for BT Group Consumer division in January 2019.

Prior to their time at BT, Balestiero worked at Sky Italia, where they served as the Director of Products from September 2010 to January 2013 and later as the Director of Now TV from January 2013 to June 2015. Before their career in the media industry, they worked at Value Partners, holding roles such as Associate Principal from January 2009 to September 2010, Senior Engagement Manager from June 2007 to January 2009, and Engagement Manager from September 2003 to June 2007.

Balestiero began their professional journey at Procter & Gamble, working as a Brand Manager from June 2000 to June 2002 and as a Food and Beverage Associate Brand Manager from June 1998 to June 2000.

Riccardo Balestiero pursued their education with a strong focus on business studies. From 1993 to 1998, they attended LUISS Business School, where they earned a Laurea 110 e lode degree in Business. Later, in 2002-2003, Riccardo enrolled at INSEAD for further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) program, emphasizing in the field of MBA.
