Katharina Rettenbacher

Katharina Rettenbacher is a Delivery Manager at Youwe since July 2022, previously serving as a Student Assistant at the University of Groningen from September 2020 to July 2022. During this tenure, Katharina co-developed a new MSc course on International Business Models by researching relevant topics and creating a feedback framework, while also preparing course material and delivering tutorials for Finance & Risk Management. Additionally, mentorship of international Bachelor students was provided, focusing on enhancing group cohesion and communication skills. As a Year Representative at Quest Groningen from August 2021 to June 2022, Katharina contributed to educational quality by evaluating courses and providing feedback. Katharina holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Innovation Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, both from the University of Groningen.
