Rinka Apsari has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles.
Starting in 2010, they worked at PT. Nestle Indonesia, where they held various positions including Head of Modern Trade Order Management, Customer Facing Supply Chain, Demand Management, and Customer Development Specialist. In these roles, they were responsible for designing operational plans, identifying root causes of issues, organizing training and coaching programs, maintaining customer relationships, and resolving SAP issues.
In 2015, they joined Essen Agriboga Nusantara as the Chief Marketing Officer, leading marketing efforts and contributing to the company's growth until 2020.
From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Smitra Synertec Arghareksa as a Digital Marketing Lead and Management Consultant. In these roles, they developed digital marketing strategies, managed social media accounts, implemented digital promotions, and created marketing strategies for offline activations.
In 2020, they joined TokoTalk as the Head of Digital Marketing Operations. Rinka successfully achieved significant sales growth and high adoption rates for in-app digital marketing features. Additionally, they collaborated with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve the site, and enhance seller experiences. Rinka later took on the role of Head of Account Growth and Management, where they led teams responsible for seller acquisition and ensured a seamless onboarding experience.
Most recently, in 2022, Rinka Apsari became the Vice President of Business Operations at YOYO Holdings Pte. Ltd.
Throughout their career, Rinka Apsari has demonstrated strong leadership skills, expertise in marketing and digital operations, and a focus on driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Rinka Apsari began their education journey by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung. Rinka attended the institution from 2006 to 2010.
After completing their undergraduate studies, Rinka went on to pursue a higher degree and obtained a Master's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the University of Indonesia. This endeavor took place from 2019 to 2021.
In addition to their formal education, Rinka has obtained several certifications to further develop their skills and knowledge. Some of these certifications include "Mastering Organizational Chaos" and "Running a Profitable Business: Understanding Cash Flow" from LinkedIn, "The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing" from Google Digital Garage, and "Digital Analytics for Marketing Professionals: Marketing Analytics in Practice" from Coursera.
Rinka also holds certifications in areas such as strategic planning, remarketing strategies, building online communities, product management, lean six sigma foundations, customer experience, strategic thinking, data analytics, business intelligence for consultants, sales closing strategies, email marketing, and HubSpot reporting.
