Bonnie Kintzer

Bonnie Kintzer is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience, currently serving as a Board Member and Chair of the Compensation Committee at Thryv since September 2020. Kintzer held the position of Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer at TMB (Trusted Media Brands) from April 2014 to June 2025, overseeing a community-driven entertainment entity that engages over 200 million consumers worldwide. Additional roles include Chairman of the Board at the Reader's Digest Foundation, Board Member at SILVERspac, and former Chairman of the Board of Directors at MPA - The Association of Magazine Media. Kintzer's past leadership includes CEO of Women's Marketing Inc. from April 2010 to March 2014. Kintzer earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Government & International Relations from Clark University.
