Kynan Hayes

Kynan Hayes is an experienced professional in product management and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Reporting Center at Thryv since July 2022 and the Head of Local Marketing Products at Sensis since December 2015. Throughout Kynan's tenure at Sensis, various leadership roles included acting as Chief Product and Customer Experience Officer, where Kynan successfully navigated challenges during the COVID period and enhanced product development and company culture. Kynan demonstrated expertise in driving SaaS product growth, integrating legacy systems with new market propositions, and developing strategic initiatives that improved retention and engagement. Prior experience includes significant roles at NAB and Cash Resources Australia, alongside a strong educational background with a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University.
