Shalini Sharma is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and customer service across various sectors. Currently serving as Manager-Onboarding (Operations) at YPay since March 2022, Shalini is responsible for the onboarding and post-onboarding processes for small and medium enterprises in Qatar, ensuring the verification of essential documents. Previously, at QPAY from May 2017 to October 2021, Shalini held the position of Team Lead for Client Support, focusing on customer service and training. Shalini's experience also includes roles as a Telecom Assessor at Telecom Sector Skill Council, where responsibilities included conducting assessments for job roles, and as an Immigration Consultant, determining admissibility for entry into Canada, the UK, and Australia. Early career experience as a Customer Service Supervisor at Vodafone involved managing store operations. Shalini holds an MBA in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from ABES Engineering College, completed in 2008.
