Karina Rocha

Karina Rocha is a journalist by training, a communicator by passion, and an educator by purpose, with over eight years of experience in corporate communication and human development. Previously, Karina worked at CPFL Energia as a Pleno Analyst in Corporate Education, where they developed training strategies and communication products for the organization. Currently, Karina serves as a Senior Analyst in Organizational Development at Ypê, focusing on corporate education and employee development programs. Karina also holds an MBA in People Management from USP/Esalq and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Campinas.
