Currently serving as Gerente de Servicios Jurídicos at YPF LUZ, Carlos has previously held positions such as Gerente de Asuntos Legales at EDENOR S.A. and Director de Asuntos Legales at TGS - Transportadora de Gas del Sur S.A. With a degree in law from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina, Carlos also holds a degree in Administration of the Electricity Market and Natural Gas, as well as a postgraduate degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Law and Energy.
