Florencia Tiscornia

Ms. Tiscornia is the People and Culture Vicepresident since July 2021. She joined YPF nine years ago. She managed the Human Resource Expertise Center Department between 2017 and 2020. From 2013 to 2017, she was HR Organization, Compensation and Processes Manager, and Head of Talent Management between 2012 and 2013. She served as HR Executive Manager – Downstream since July 2020. In 2021 she was appointed a member of the Diversity Committee of YPF. She is a member of the board of directors of Metrogas S.A.

She has an extensive HR experience acquired in various industries, including IT, Financial Services, Consumer Goods and Oil & Gas.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Salvador University, a postgraduate degree in Leadership and Coaching from Belgrano University, and an MBA from CEMA University. She is a professor of talent and leadership at ESEADE and Belgrano University.
