Gabriela Mendez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business process consulting and analysis, currently serving as a Senior Business Process Consultant at YPF since June 2014. Mendez's expertise includes designing and deploying new service processes and supporting the implementation of IT tools such as SAP 4/Hana and Salesforce.
