Maria Archimbal

Maria Archimbal currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at YPF SA since September 2020, and has held the role of Leader in Implementation and Monitoring of Compliance Processes. Additionally, Maria is an advisor/consultant with the Argentine-American Midwest Chamber of Commerce since January 2006. Previous positions include advisory roles at the Ministry of Transportation of the Nation and the National Directorate of Legal Assistance for SMEs. Maria has significant experience in compliance and legal advisory, with a background that includes serving as General Secretary at Operadora Ferroviaria Sociedad del Estado and as President of REAL - Red Argentino-Americana para el Liderazgo. Maria's educational qualifications encompass a range of degrees and certificates from prestigious institutions, including a Certificate in Corporate Sustainability Management from Yale School of Management and a Master's in Public Administration and Public Policy from Universidad de San Andrés, alongside various other specialized degrees in international relations and law.
