Mauro Ferrando

Mauro Ferrando has extensive experience in the gas and petroleum industries, currently serving as the Leader of Infrastructure Development in Midstream Gas at YPF SA since February 2018. In this role, Mauro manages and controls infrastructure projects related to natural gas and NGL transportation and processing, with a focus on optimizing profitability. Previous positions include leadership roles in process engineering and senior process engineering at YPF, and process engineering positions at Total and Odebrecht, where Mauro was involved in significant production and expansion projects. Mauro began his career as a sales engineer at GEA Group and worked as a consultant at ERM, specializing in quality and environmental management systems. Mauro holds multiple degrees from the University of Buenos Aires, including a Master's in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering and a Chemical Engineering degree.
