Miguel Angel Ortiz is an experienced reservoir engineer with a strong background in oil and gas exploration and production. Currently serving as the Leader of NOC Studies for the development of La Amarga Chica and Aguada del Chañar at YPF SA since August 2014, Miguel specializes in interpretation and analysis of interference effects. Prior roles include reservoir engineer positions at Oil M&S SA and Pan American Energy, as well as a professional practice in well completion supervision at Total Austral. In addition to engineering expertise, Miguel is a professional motorcycle racer with active licenses from CAMOD and FEBOM, participating in national competitions. Miguel holds a Master's degree in Project Management from both EAE Business School and the Universitat de Barcelona, and an engineering degree in petroleum from Universidad Nacional de Cuyo.
