Mollie Higginson

Mollie Higginson started their professional career in 2018 as a Sales Representative for New Leaf Plants Ltd. Mollie came from a family background in horticulture, with both their grandfather and father working in the field. Mollie had been working for New Leaf during summers before officially joining full-time in March 2019. In this role, they are responsible for the northern sales region. In November 2018, Mollie also took on the position of Operations Supervisor at New Leaf Plants Ltd.

In 2020, Mollie became a Co-Founder of YPHA. Mollie started their role in January and continues to work in this capacity.

Mollie also has experience working as a Customer Service Representative for Waitrose & Partners from December 2018 to April 2019.

Mollie Higginson began their education at Prince Henrys High School from 2014 to 2016, where they focused on drama and psychology. In 2020, they pursued further studies at The Open University Business School, where they obtained a Certificate of Higher Education with a specialization in Accounting and Business/Management in 2021.
