Aira Mongush

Aira Mongush is an accomplished entrepreneur and product leader with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and mathematics. Currently, Aira serves as Co-Founder at a stealth startup since April 2024 and as Partner/Spouse at YPO since July 2020. Aira is also the CEO and Founder of Mathshub, an AI skills platform aimed at helping individuals find tech jobs globally, and has been involved in the company since April 2019. Previous roles include Product Owner and Product Manager at Mail.ru Group, Head of AI Product Labs at Aitarget, and Co-founder of Phoenix Case School, among others. Aira's educational background includes degrees in mathematics from Lomonosov Moscow State University and additional studies in Reinforcement Learning at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, along with a certificate in Modern Russian Literature Practices from Moscow Higher School of Social and Economic Sciences.
