Alicia Hesse is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in mental health counseling and program management. Currently serving as Chapter Manager at YPO New England since August 2024, Alicia has previously held notable positions including Director of Clinical Outreach at InStride Health, Director of College Health Initiatives at Christie Campus Health, and Clinical Mental Health Counselor at Mount Auburn Hospital. Alicia’s background also includes leadership roles at Arts2You and World Congress, demonstrating a commitment to education, health equity, and innovative programming.
