Ivy Field

Ivy Field, MBA, SPHR, GPHR, CCP, CBP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Total Rewards at YPO since August 2023. Ivy is the Founder and Total Rewards Consultant at Trailblazer HR Solutions LLC, providing expertise in total rewards strategy and job analysis since August 2019.
