Keith Hanna

Keith Hanna has over two decades of experience in executive and team coaching at StepUP Coaching Inc., delivering more than 20,000 hours of coaching to high-net-worth entrepreneurs in technical and service-oriented growth businesses. With a focus on talent and culture within venture capital and private equity partnerships, Keith has developed innovative software and methodologies for cultural design and enhancing leadership performance. Additionally, contributions to the Young Presidents' Organization and Entrepreneur's Organization as a forum facilitator showcase ongoing commitment to professional development. Previous roles include serving as vice president for the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches and as an industrial design consultant at Outsource Group, where Keith launched new products across various sectors. Keith holds a Master of Environmental Design in Design and Entrepreneurship from the University of Calgary and is also working on a 12-book series titled "Blindspotting."
