Luciano MacAgno

Luciano Macagno is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the airline and commercial sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director for Latin America, Caribbean, and South Florida at Delta Air Lines since February 2014, Luciano has direct profit-and-loss responsibility for Brazil and represents the airline's interests across various commercial aspects. Previous roles include positions at LATAM Airlines, where responsibilities spanned Head of International Sales and Marketing for Brazil and Regional Director for South America, as well as roles in commercial development at Danone Waters, and sales supervision at AmBev. Luciano's educational background includes executive programs at Harvard Business School and Singularity University, with a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. Additionally, Luciano is an active member of YPO, serving on the Executive Committee as Membership Officer.
