Matt Young

Matt Young is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in healthcare staffing and leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member and Officer for the Young Presidents' Organization since September 2022, Matt is also a Partner and COO/Managing Partner at All Star Healthcare Solutions, where responsibilities include overseeing healthcare staffing solutions. Previous roles include managing the permanent division at All Star Healthcare Solutions and leading Onyx M.D. as Managing Partner/EVP, contributing to its growth from inception. Matt's earlier experience includes a position as Senior Consultant in Weatherby Healthcare's Anesthesia Division. Additionally, Matt is pursuing an MBA at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from Westfield State University.
